Booking & Refund Policy

Scheduling & Booking

  • All sessions must be paid for and scheduled in advance by appointment.

  • Clients can book online through the website.

  • Individual and group sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to reserve your preferred time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will not be refunded or credited.

  • You have a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a missed session and charged in full.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

  • Clients with three or more no-shows may be restricted or denied future bookings at the trainer's discretion.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due before each session unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Packages and multi-session deals must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable.

  • Unused sessions in a package may not be refunded but can be rescheduled within the package’s valid time frame (usually 60–90 days).

  • In the event of a medical emergency, illness, or other serious circumstance, accommodations or partial credit may be offered at the trainer’s discretion. Please contact Nathaniel directly to discuss.

Waiver Form

  • All clients are required to complete a waiver and health questionnaire before beginning any training sessions.
